PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- We only accept your payment if you have a confirmed address, as we will only ship to that confirmed address.
- We accept Visa, Master Card.
- NOTE: All International Customers including Americans, Canadians are responsible to pay Custom Fees, VAT, and taxes if required. Please check your local custom rules.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
- CDS Global Highway does not guarantee product availability. Product information is updated frequently in order to keep our catalogue pages up to date.
- We receive daily notices from our warehouses on products that are out-of-stock or discontinued.
- There are many reasons why discontinuance of a product will occur. Manufacturer availability, quality issues, or a lack of product demand, these are the three main reasons that discontinuance of a product occurs.
- Even with these daily updates, there may be times when an order is placed for an item that is unavailable.
- CDS Global Highway in those instances, will notify you via e-mail of the unavailable item.
DISCONTINUED ITEMS:
- Upon receiving notice that a product has been discontinued, it is immediately removed from the CDS Global Highway's catalogue pages.
- In the instance you have placed an order for an item that has been discontinued, CDS Global Highway will contact you via e-mail with a list of comparable product items.
- Should you not want one of the comparable items, we will issue you with a refund for the amount of the original unavailable item.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All items are packaged with top quality packaging materials, in order to protect your purchase while in transit. CDS Global Highway tries to take all necessary steps to insure the safety of each item shipped.
Each item has been weighed before being packaged and sealed, in most instances; the packaging materials and container add approximately one(1) additional pound to the total weight of your purchase. Product weights can be found in the product description on our website.
- CDS Global Highway ships primarily using United Parcel Service’s (UPS) “Ground”, DHL Ground, Purolator Ground, United States Postal Service (USPS), and Canada Postal Services (CPS).
- USPS and CPS is the default shipping method for all packages that are shipped to a post office box (P.O. Box).
- We ship to all 50 States of the United States plus Canada, unless noted in item description.
- There will be an extra charge per order ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii.
- CDS Global Highway recommends using a physical street address. This will enable us to use the most cost-effective shipping option and insure your package.
- Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. Standard – Routinely delivered within 7-14 business days after receipt of cleared payment. This allows for 24 to 48 hours to package and process your order.
- In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately via e-mail.
- All shipping prices are quoted in US dollars C.O.D. orders ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
NOTE: Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any loss in transit if a wrong address is provided.
RETURN POLICY:
CDS Global Highway takes great pride in the quality of the products we offer. To insure quality is what you receive, great care is taken when packaging your merchandise. Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee that every item will be delivered in perfect condition. NOTE: All returns are time sensitive. Items need to be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to you, if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be your sole responsibility.
If you have ordered wrong product and have not used the product, you can request a Return Authorization within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise for a refund.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee 0%-20% of the cost of the item, for those returns that are not incorrect, defective, or damaged. If a restocking fee applies, this information will be included in the e-mail containing your Return Authorization Number.
NOTE: To make sure that all returns receive proper credit once received, we recommend that you ship all returns using either UPS, USPS Mail or CPS Mail. In addition ship your return with a confirmation of receipt. Please contact your local carrier for more information on ‘Signature Required’ or ‘Delivery Confirmation’ shipments.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
NOTE: We will only issue a refund upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We do not credit the original shipping / handling cost, nor the return shipping cost.
WARRANTY POLICY:
If you have added insurance to insure your product and it was lost or damaged, you can file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Otherwise we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
If the merchandise is defective, please contact us within 7 days for exchange. All exchanges require buyer to ship back defective merchandise before any replacement will be shipped out. If an item is not replaceable or unavailable, we will issue a refund.
NOTE We will only issue a refund or replacement upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We do not credit the original shipping / handling cost, nor the return shipping cost
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All Claims must be filed and returned within fifteen (15) days.
- CDS Global Highway reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular customer based on precious claims filed.
- All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials, as was previously used for shipping the merchandise, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories must be returned.
- All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
- We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of you the customer.
